Coach's Comments: Davie's golf team came in 2nd in a non-conference match against Forsyth Country Day and Mt. Tabor today at beautiful Forsyth Country Club. This was the first time that most of the team had played this course. The War Eagles were led by Nick Capra's 75, Chase Moore's 76, Anthony Capra's 77, and Tommy Dillon's 79. This was our second 18-hole match of the season. Hopefully, matches like these against traditionally strong programs will help in preparation for the conference championship match and regionals. Davie returns to conference play Monday, 4/19 with a match at Pinebrook CC (back 9) and then we have another conference match on Wednesday, 4/21 at Pinebrook CC (Front 9). Both matches will start at 4:00.
